Names, dates of birth, AHV and insurance numbers, addresses and contact details are replaced before any text is processed.

Do I have to change my practice software?
No. Praxivo works alongside your practice management system, which remains the leading system. You use the confirmed results in your existing system. We work with software vendors on suitable integrations.
Is anything billed or sent automatically?
No. Praxivo prepares, you decide. Every position and entry needs your confirmation, and Praxivo sends nothing to insurers or third parties.
Which tariffs does Praxivo cover?
TARDOC, the outpatient flat rates and the lab tariff (Analysenliste) under basic insurance (KVG), including prevention and maternity. Further insurance areas will follow.
How do I write my notes?
As you do today: in keywords, with your abbreviations and templates. Through the practice profile Praxivo knows your practice's service blocks, glossary and templates.
What happens to patient data?
Identifying details are made unrecognisable before any AI processing. Consultation notes are not stored on the server, and patient details for letters stay in your practice's browser.
Does Praxivo make medical decisions?
No. Praxivo is software for administration and billing: it makes no diagnostic, therapy or dosing suggestions, and all information comes from your documentation.
Which languages does Praxivo support?
Praxivo reads German consultation notes and its interface is in German. French and Italian are planned.
